    Shipping Services:

    USPS Priority Mail Shipping Service: used for all USA residential & business deliverly.

    You get fast deliverly.

    Priority Mail Shipping Method Normally will take 2 to 4 business days for delivery even to AK. ( Includes Saturday Deliverly )

    If the ship-to address is a route & box number, please provide directions for deliverly, in the space provided on the order form.

    If your order is be shipped to a Business, please insert the business name as part of the ship to address. Tracking Number will be provided.

    If you live in a GATED COMMUNITY which requires an entry code, please provide this code in the space provided on the order form. Our shipping service charges $10.00 to research a code. This charge if applied, will be passed on to you the customer.

    Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 48 hours. You should receive your order within 1-5 days, this varies, depending on the type of shipping service used and the ship-to address.

    Shipping delays for reasons beyond our control:

  • During Any Holiday Period, Allow extra time for deliverly. It is better to have your gift arrive early than late.

    Items out of stock, may be Dropped-shipped directly from our supplier to customer, and normally will not take any longer for deliverly. No additional cost is added to your order for this service.

    Credit Card Verification System is used on our store to protect your credit card from misuse by unauthorized persons.

    We assume that the credit card is being used by an unauthorized person, if it fails our Verification System.

    The following Verification Systems are used to protect our
    customers and assure that the information you provide
    in the order form matches the information you provided to the
    issuing bank of the credit card.

    AVS (Address Verification System) is a system that
    attempts to match the billing address that your customers enter
    in the Billing Address fields during checkout. When the credit card
    entered is authorized, AVS checks to see if the cardholder's
    address entered during checkout matches the address information
    on file with the issuing bank. AVS returns codes that match
    AVS Rules set by you about the address such as if the address and
    or zip/postal code match.

    CVV (Card Verification Value) is a system that
    matches the credit card number with a 3 digit security
    code that appears on the back of the credit card.
    Requiring customers to enter this additional field
    provides an extra level of cardholder verification. Please
    note: The Yahoo! Merchant Solutions payment gateway does not
    support CVV for American Express.



    All Credit card transactions must pass verification and be cleared for deposit into our merchant account prior to shipping your order.

    This means when you enter your credit card number into
    the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an
    encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to our store.

    when it is stored on disk, and when we forward it to the merchant.

    EXCHANGE - CREDITS - REFUNDS:

    When Returning Merchandise, please follow these instructions:
  • Contact Us By Email Prior To Returning Merchandise.

    Return / Exchange / Credit Requirements:

  • Use proper box/package to prevent damage to any items returned.
  • Customer shall be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return must be within 5 Days of purchase date.
  • Acception:Purchases made as Chrismas Gifts - 10 calendar days after December 25.

  • Include a copy of original invoice. We need this information inorder to process your return.

    Condition of All items Returned:

  • Must be in New Condition
  • In Original Undamaged Packaging
  • Include all manufacturers literature.

    If you must cut packaging material to open item, cut along one side or end very carefully. Do not cut away any more packaging material than required to remove the item from packaging.

    Any items returned which we determine CAN NOT BE RESOLD AS NEW will result in a 50% restocking fee. Or shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.

  • Promotional or free merchandise which may have been included with the item, must be returned or a charge will be deducted from your credit for these items.

  • Shipping Costs on your order are non-refundable. If you received Free Shipping for your order, our shipping costs will be deducted from your credit.

  • A processing fee of 2.5% will be deducted from your credit.
  • A 15 to 50% Restocking charge may be applied to your credit.

    SALES TAX:

    Missouri Residents Must Be Charged a Sales Tax.



    LOST or DAMAGED ORDERS:

    Do not accept your order from the shipping service, if it shows any signs of possible damage. Contact us ASAP.

    Shipping services will not process a claim without submission of all required forms completely filled out, with all required information pertaining to the type of claim being made. These forms are usually completed by the customer whom the order was shipped to.

    In order to process any claim for lost or damaged orders we need the complete cooperation of our customer. Streamside will obtain the required forms from our shipping service and pass this info on to our customer in a timely manner. Our shipping services do however require that a certain waiting peroid be meet prior to making any claims.

    Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding shipment of your order, or in case of a lost or damaged order, completion of the forms you may have to complete.

    Please Report Shipment Damage within 24 hrs. after delivery.
