MEET TERRY ! ( Right ) Your Captain/owner on the "Lee Sea Anne" is Terry Stewart. Terry is a life long resident of the New York State Finger Lakes. He spent 30 years as a NYS Police Officer and State Police scuba diver, performing under water searches throughout the State. During those years much time was devoted as "boat time" and the longing to sail finally emerged. In 2000 a 21 foot sloop, 2003 along came a 31 foot sloop, and three years ago he settled on the ocean capable 38 foot cutter rigged pilothouse vessel. Becoming a USCG licensed Captain during 2004 he began "Seneca Sailing Adventures" to share the experience. "Seneca Sailing Adventures" has completed nearly 300 cruises since its start in 2005. Outside of New York State, two Caribbean voyages and a short stint sailing the length of the Baja as crew for others have been logged. This fall an 1100 mile sail took him from Saint Thomas, VI to the Florida Keys, crewing for Schooner Excursions Inc. another Watkins Glen sailing charter business. Terry believes: no one who dreams of a nautical existence, in whole or in part, should pass up the opportunity. There is a boat for you out there somewhere and by being involved with local clubs, US Power Squadrons, sailing schools and professional maritime schools, as well as the US Coast Guard, you can find your boat and reach your goal.

MEET LISA ! ( Left ) The first mate is Lisa. Growing up in Rhode Island, Lisa had an inherent nautical "thing" going on. Clamming and quahogging was a family event back in the Narragansett Bay. Meeting Terry in 2001, when the boat was 21 feet, they have traveled through these seven years and a 20 foot expanse of boat length together. Aside from Seneca Lake excitement, she has sailed the Caribbean waters also with Terry and Jeff. Lisa also is a teaching assistant in the local Odessa-Montour school district. She has been a member of Finger Lakes Yacht Club, Seneca Sail and Power Squadron, and has completed up to advanced piloting with the US Power Squadron. Lisa believes: sailing can lead to something wonderful, especially if the boat is headed south.
